The aim of this video was to raise awareness about the pervasive issue of harassment and sexual abuse faced by women and girls while exercising in public spaces.

Admittedly, this project took me out of my comfort zone somewhat since, as a man, I haven’t personally experienced such issues. To gain a better understanding, I leant heavily on the perspectives and experiences of the women in my life which, whilst horrifying to hear the extensive and unnerving nature of their stories, proved invaluable.

Hopefully this advert can go some way to helping raise awareness and promote positive change in creating a safer environment for everyone.
